Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, living room, Floridian air- conditioned sun porch, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, washer, dryer, dishwasher,side by side refrigerator with ice maker & filtered water dispenser, central air conditioning, cable TV & Wi-Fi.
The 2 bedrooms are nicely furnished with a queen size bed in each bedroom. For additional guests we have a sleep sofa that will sleep an additional 2.
For your outdoor pleasure there is a big deck with a BBQ area outside of the kitchen.
A private driveway will accommodate up to 2 cars.
